We currently accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and now AlertPay. For those wishing to use MasterCard and Visa this is only done through the use of PayPal or AlertPay at the moment.

Shipping

Our Shipping Terms

All items required to be shipped, will be shipped by either Canada Post, FedEx, UPS or Purolator and will mostly ship to residents of Ontario but will make exceptions to those that live in other Provinces within Canada.

All clients are required to pay for any shipping charges that may apply in order to receive your product. For all Transactions outside of Ontario, please contact us first to find out more about how much it would cost for us to ship to you.

Policies

All Software Installation Services will be provided with a 60 Day Warranty (including drivers and media codecs).

All New Parts required to repair or upgrade your system(s), must be paid upfront before any work can be done on it. This is to ensure us that you are serious about getting that part required and so that we can properly order and pay for the part to be shipped out or to be picked up from one of our suppliers or partners.

Tragik Koncepts & Design recommends using Windows 7 as their main choice as an Operating System and using Microsoft Security Essentials for their computers security needs which covers: Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware & Anti-Spyware all in one handy program that is 100% FREE.
